This document defines a client-side and a server-side Java language
interface for using the Simple Authentication and Security Layer
(SASL) mechanisms for adding authentication support to connection-

	exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
	"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
	up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.
