This document discusses policy as it relates to a AAA framework.  The 
first section looks at a generic policy description and tries to define 
terminology to categorize policies.  The second section looks at the 
various types of policy that come into play in a AAA system. This work 
is preliminary and is expected to be complimented by other work from 
the AAAARCH research group such as [POLICY MODEL] and [POLICY

	exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
	"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
	up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.
