The IESG has approved the Internet-Draft 'Forward Error Correction 
building block ' <draft-ietf-rmt-bb-fec-07.txt> as an 
Experimental Protocol.  

The IESG also approved publication of 'The use of Forward Error 
Correction in Reliable Multicast' <draft-ietf-rmt-info-fec-03.txt> 
as an Informational RFC.


These documents are the product of the Reliable Multicast Transport 
Working Group.  The IESG contact persons are Allison Mankin and Scott 
Bradner.
