Hi Jinmei,
  I am happy with all the resolutions you proposed. I looked through the 
mailing list archives but I was not able to find the rationale behind 
picking 2 hours. Probably it is there so that we can miss 3 RAs at 
maximum intervals and still get a proper valid lifetime.
