Hi, I found the solution to my problem. The policer needs to be configured with the correct MTU size. So the filter statement becomes : tc filter add dev atm0 parent 2:0 protocol ip prio 1 handle 0x2e tcindex classid 2:1 pass_on police rate 1500Kbit burst 100K mtu 9180 drop Using this statement the policing works fine now on ATM.
