I'm trying to experiment with linux QoS and diffserv, but I'm having trouble compiling the kernel, version 2.3.38, no patches.
It complains "'TCQ_F_INGRES' undeclared" in functions dev_graft_qdisc(), qdisc_graft() and qdisc_create() while compiling sch_api.c.
Kernel 2.3.39 is no better.
Any ideas on this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
