LRP has a QOS

hi there,

I've been using long time LRP2.9.3 (for those that don't know this is one very
nice one diskete Linux-Router based on Debian), now the new version has support
for QOS as add-on as they claimed(i've not tested it yet.)

I thought it will be interesting for you know about it...
