dsmark

Hi,
   I have installed linux-2.2.10 after patching it with
ds-6 patch. I also compiled iproute2.
   But whenever I try to execute
   tc qdisc add dev eth0 handle 1:0 root dsmark indices 64 set_tc_index

I get Unknown qdisc "dsmark" .... hence not parsable..
   Although I can choose cbq and others instead.

   May I know what am I missing.
