Other things to check:
- duration of tests (must be >> TCP ramp-up time)
- hidden priorities in program (e.g. alternate or randomize the order
in which you check for write space after select())
- TCP start order
You could also try to grab ttcp_atm from the latest linux-atm
distribution (the one on http://icawww1.epfl.ch/linux-atm/dist.html
still seem to be current) and try running two instances of it, with
different -S (toS) options. This would eliminate any bias introduced
by your tool, just in case.
