working versions for diffserv??

Hello. Could somebody help me with this one??

Which version of the diffserv is a working one??

And...from where can I get all the example-scripts?

I've managed to install version 3 succesfully, but there doesn't seem to
be any example-scripts for it. Or is there?? and where?
