RE: (ngtrans) Why do the 6to4-6bone relays work so badly? Is it possible to use anycast 2002:c058:6301:: with XP?

I can answer this one right off the bat.  
The commend you mention is for configuring the IPv4 address of the
relay.  An IPv6 address literal fails because it's not an IPv4 
address :)
